The next kid like me.
Meet Justin
Working-class leadership for NU.
“I grew up in North Omaha and was the first in my family to go to college. I graduated from UNL with a strong work ethic, a Pell Grant, and a Regents scholarship. For the past 15 years, I've grown a company that serves people with disabilities from 50 employees to over 1,800 by watching every dollar and caring about the people who rely on us. I'll bring the same discipline to NU.” — Justin Solomon
Justin lives in Dundee with his wife, Megan, a second-grade teacher at Dundee Elementary. He serves as treasurer of CASA for Douglas County and the Dundee Elementary PTO.

- Open more paths to an NU degreeSmoother transfers so students don't lose credits or time.
- Cut the bureaucracyPut tuition and tax dollars into classrooms, not administration — and defend academic programs.
- Keep politics out of the classroomProtect teaching and research from political pressure on all sides.
- Keep our students in NebraskaTrain the workers Nebraska needs for good jobs close to home.
- Answer to NebraskansRegular office hours across District 4, and a real voice for students, faculty and staff.
